Harder Mechanical
Harder Mechanical is a mechanical contractor who specializes in the advanced technology sector, as does Fuse. We share many of the same clients, many of whom wish to remain confidential. Harder’s new Austin facility provides fabrication of general mechanical building components as well as specialty process & high purity components for installation at advanced manufacturing facilities. Fuse has vast design experience with these facility types & working with Harder was a natural fit.

Highlight
A large cleanroom was designed and constructed within the fabrication area for the production of high-purity piping and ductwork. Processes within the cleanroom include high precision welding, cleaning, and packaging of components to be installed within their client’s clean process chemical & gas distribution spaces.
Design & Construction Facts
The facility was constructed within an existing flex industrial building in southeast Austin. Development included new office space, clean fabrication areas and sub-clean fabrication areas. The project was fast-tracked through City of Austin permitting due to the nature of Harder Mechanical’s clients.
