City of Leander: Reagan Pump Station and Maintenance Building | Reagan, TX
Leander, a rapidly growing suburb north of Austin, ranks as one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S., with a 20% population increase since the 2020 census, now totaling 59,202 people. Fuse has positioned itself as a key resource for city development, recently designing the 4,900 SF Regan Pump Station, serving 15,000 households with two maintenance buildings.
City of Temple - Facilities Condition Assessment | Temple, Texas
The City of Temple wanted to assess their existing 50+ properties to review the current conditions of the buildings and receive recommendations for maintenance and improvements. Included on the assessment team was Fuse (interior conditions and general Texas Accessibility compliance), Terracon (envelope) and ACR (MEP equipment and systems).
Austin Convention Center Expansion – Architectural QA/QC | Austin, Texas
Fuse is a member of the project management team lead by Project Control. Our role is to provide architectural QA/QC reviews during design and support during construction administration.
Williamson County North Maintenance Campus Additions | Georgetown, TX
Fuse teamed up with BLGY Architects on the project, which consisted of seven new buildings and structures, including an EMS training facility, a warehouse for emergency vehicle supplies, a wireless communications office building and associated shop area, a vehicle inspection building, a impounded vehicle storage facility, and a fueling area.
Richard A. Anderson Texas State Veterans Home | Houston, Texas
The Texas General Land Office enlisted Orcutt Winslow Architects to design a 120-bed skilled nursing facility for Texas Veterans in Houston. Fuse provided QA/QC services throughout the project.

The Hays Caldwell Economic Development Partnership Office, formerly known as the Greater San Marcos Partnership, wanted a location that reflected who they are and who they serve. The perfect spot was a historic space right on the square in downtown San Marcos.
CASA Central Texas Training Center | San Marcos, Texas
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Central Texas, Inc. advocates for abused and neglected children in the court system by recruiting, training and supporting community volunteers in Caldwell, Comal, Guadalupe and Hays Counties.
Brown Heatly Building | Austin, TX
Fuse consulted for MEP Engineering to deliver significant updates and improvements to the state-owned Brown Heatly Building in North Austin. The first phase of the project focused on bringing the facility to modern safety codes by installing smoke partitions, smoke doors, and fire-rated doors where required. The second phase includes restroom, locker room, break room, automatic entry door, and door hardware renovations.
