SpawGlass Austin Office
Fuse worked with SpawGlass on their Austin office renovation project. The Fuse owners have a long history with SpawGlass and have worked on several successful projects together. It was great to work with them to refresh their Austin office. The renovation included flooring replacement, painting, and restroom renovations. The culture and values of SpawGlass permeates throughout the organization and credits their successes on numerous landmark projects in Texas to both their clients and team members.

Highlight
The lobby was included in the office renovation. From the office entry, visitors can see the waiting area, main conference room, and corridor flooring. Fuse updated the reception desk by staining the existing wood veneer, creating a cohesive palette that compliments the flooring materials throughout the rest of the office.
Design & Construction Facts
The restroom upgrades included plumbing fixture replacement, new flooring and wall tile, sleeker partitions, and a fresh coat of paint. Due to availability of materials at the time of the renovation, the owner had the flexibility to adjust the finishes as needed to meet the project deadline. Since the owner was also the general contractor, the project was managed well, and design modifications went smoothly.
