Amy Alvarado

Amy Alvarado | Interior Designer

Amy has called Texas home her entire life and has lived in cities large and small. Her hometown of Alamo, near the Mexican American border, heightened her ability to find beauty in the unexpected and gave her an edge. As a young adult, Amy would reimagine her childhood bedroom based on different themes, further solidifying her interest in interiors, and led her to San Marcos, where she attended Texas State University. Interior design combines her love of art, architecture, and design, but realizing a project from beginning to end is what sparks joy. Since she began her career in 2008, she has had extensive involvement with hospitality and commercial design, as well as 6 years of furniture dealership experience. After hours, Amy enjoys cooking, challenging her mind with jigsaw puzzles, karaoke, and spending time with her family and pets.

Gina Choo

Gina Choo | Design Professional

Gina hails from Memphis, Tennessee, but grew up in small communities within the Mississippi Delta region. Her early experiences were colored with the fantastic landscapes, small town populations, and the charm of rural America. Art was always a passion for Gina, but it wasn’t until grade school that her teachers saw promise in her work and encouraged her to pursue studies in the art and design related curriculums. Architecture became the perfect fit for Gina, as it combined her artistic abilities, love for DIY and genuine curiosity for all things. She believes that the mark of a good Architect is to stay curious and to always see possibilities. Since graduating from Louisiana Tech University, she has tried to maintain this mantra as her guiding force for good design. Travels within the U.S. and abroad have added rich experiences that she works to incorporate into her projects, when possible. When not working, Gina enjoys volunteering, cooking, learning new skills, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Abel Sedillo

Abel Sedillo | Project Manager

Abel is one of the rare Austinites who was actually born and raised in Austin, Texas. His passion for architecture began as a hobby, when he would lay out the floor plans of random buildings where he was employed, but his true introduction to the profession came via his wife, who worked for an architect. Abel was hired to run and deliver blueprints for the firm, beginning in 1984. From there, the rest is history. His 30+ years in architecture have yielded many impressive buildings and structures, along with happy, repeat clients.

For Abel, the most rewarding part of his work is interacting with clients and consultants, being able to envision the end result and understanding the details needed to make it come together seamlessly. When not managing projects, Abel loves gardening, landscaping, barbecuing and playing rock music at venues in the Austin area with his band, Pearl.

Diego Rodriguez

Diego Rodriguez | Design Professional

Diego was born and raised in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico. He moved to Texas at the age of 17, where he finished high school, attended community college, and ultimately earned his architectural degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Diego really enjoys visualizing the entire architectural process, from sketch to the final build. This pairs nicely with his ability to learn new concepts efficiently and his deep understanding of architectural programs such as Revit. In his free time, Diego is a master chef, a movie buff, and the perfect host to his friends.

Max Genet

With an interest in drawing and model building, as well as a background in GIS software, Max offers a unique perspective to the Fuse team. Outside of work, Max enjoys all things outdoors, going out with his friends, and caring for his innumerable plants (his favorite if which being his largest Monstera).

Jazmyne Knox

Jazmyne Knox | Design Professional

Originally from Tacoma, Washington, Jazmyne lived many different and distinctive environments throughout her childhood as an Army Brat, from South Carolina to South Korea. Jazmyne has always had an eye for creating beautiful pieces for others to enjoy. She attended Savannah College of Art and Design, initially wanting to become a fashion designer. But it was through living in such a vibrant, historical city that Jazmyne became enamored with the built environment and the field of architecture. Jazmyne’s creative background allows her to bring aspects of art and design into every facet of her work. With a unique mindset and an ability to learn modeling and technology programs quickly, she provides imaginative solutions to otherwise complex projects. In her spare time, Jazmyne practices CrossFit and powerlifting, enjoys hikes, and attends poetry slams. Someday, she hopes to perform standup comedy in front of a crowd of adoring fans.

Ryan Mileski

Ryan Mileski | Design Professional

Ryan Mileski was born and raised in Houston, Texas. As a kid, Ryan was an avid artist, creating sketches ranging from caricatures to ninjas. At 8 years old, encouraged by a teacher who saw his potential, Ryan entered his school’s art contest and won. This love for drawing that was kindled at such a young age eventually transformed into a passion for creating spaces that human beings can gravitate toward and experience. To Ryan, architecture is not a job – it’s several deep emotions that become a way of life. It’s this perspective on the field that gives Ryan the ability to see things that others can’t. Additionally, his technical skills in multiple mediums such as sketching, modeling, and rendering make Ryan an excellent problem solver. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and pets, practicing drums, and playing basketball. Fun fact, while living in Houston, Ryan played basketball on the set of the movie Pearl Harbor with stars Ben Affleck and Josh Hartnett.
