Dynamic Systems, Inc - Austin Office
Fuse worked with Dynamic Systems on their Austin office renovation project. Dynamic Systems, Inc. (DSI) is a highly respected mechanical contractor that is dedicated to the highest quality mechanical and process construction standards in the industry. Fuse has been working with DSI for several years and has previously partnered with their team on several successful projects. DSI had a specific design vision for the improvements in their Austin office, including opening corridor spaces with floor to ceiling storefront glazing, reconfiguring their break/work room, refreshing interior finishes, and upgrading lighting.

Highlight
The focal points of this project are the two feature walls found in the elevator lobby and reception area. These walls incorporate graphics in the design that are thematic to DSI’s work both in the field and at their fabrication facility. There is a feature wall adjacent to the elevators with a variety of images and a backlit logo sign. Similarly, on the wall behind the reception desk in the lobby there is graphic featuring a worker on a job site and their signature blue DSI hard hat. Both graphic features assist visitors relaying the program of the firm as well as demarking the entrance to the office space.
Design & Construction Facts
The renovation included opening the entry corridor wall for better visibility between the office and elevator lobbies. The new door solution includes large glazing panels with two side floor-to-ceiling windows. This visibility allows visitors to clearly see the office entry while at the same time allowing the receptionist to see who is entering the office.
