Radam Lane Medical Office Building
With the demand for medical office space in South Austin growing, Carlson Commercial Properties approached Fuse to design a medical office building shell structure for their future tenant, Urology Austin. The opportunity to coordinate with the tenant and the tenant’s design team contributed to the project’s success.

Highlight
The building shell design process was a fun collaboration with the developer to realize his vision of a modern medical office building with an Austin flair. The client came to Fuse with photos of a brick that he liked. Fuse incorporated a similar brick to clad the stairs and elevator shafts, which anchor the building composition. The brick was the basis for subsequent exterior finish palette selections.
Design & Construction Facts
The ground level incorporates covered dedicated parking under the building footprint. Medical offices are housed on the second floor and are constructed with steel. The site was developed around an existing heritage tree and offers a shaded amenity space for staff and visitors.
