Highlight

One of Samsung’s goals for the new building was to provide amenities and activities for their employees’ well-being and personal health, a place where they can incorporate personal activities into their daily work life. Recreational spaces are incorporated in the building including an exercise facility (cardio and weight areas), high-end locker rooms with saunas, group exercise spaces, and a game room.

Design & Construction Facts

The building utilizes long expanses of glazing, metal panel, and precast concrete curtain wall design supported by a cast-in-place concrete structure. During the design process, the project team utilized clash detection to minimize conflicts during construction. 3D modeling enabled the team to streamline the design for economical solutions.
