Highlight

Fuse worked on a previous renovation and expansion to the Administration Building in 2018 incorporating a new Data Center, and the District was ready for another expansion to facilitate its continued growth. Fuse designed a 5,500-SF addition, creating a new public entry, boardroom, restrooms, Superintendent’s office, conference room, and communications offices.

Design & Construction Facts

The Administration Building’s original design anticipated future expansion, enabling Fuse to integrate the new footprint seamlessly while minimizing disruption to staff and faculty. The boardroom’s strategic placement ensured it served as the building’s focal point, enhancing the public entry’s visibility. Designing the expansion within the construction budget was critical for project success. The expansion matches finishes, materials, and design elements, including signage, graphics, and accent colors, to create a cohesive and unified look throughout the interior and exterior of the Administration Building.
